- HOW TO ENTER: Beginning 5/24/08 through 6/22/08, log on to www.jniiusa.com and follow the on-screen instructions to register. LIMIT ONE ON-LINE ENTRY PER PERSON OR EMAIL ADDRESS PER DAY. All entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. EDT on 6/22/08. Normal time rates, if any, charged by Internet Service Provider will apply.
- ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal U.S. residents 21 years of age or older as of 5/24/08 residing in AL, AZ, AR, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, MS, MO, NE, NV, NM, NC, OH, OK, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA and WY except for employees of HMX Sportswear, Inc. ("Sponsor"), G2 Alliance LLC, ("Judges"), Dillard's, Inc., BT Squared, Inc. or any of their affiliates, subsidiaries and agencies (collectively "Promotion Parties"), and members of their immediate family or persons living in the same household and current or former professional golfers, teaching professionals, or persons that have ever lost their "amateur status," all as defined by the USGA. Void where prohibited.
- RANDOM DRAWINGS: Winners will be selected in random drawings from each Participating Region (as defined in Rule 5) on or about 6/25/08 from among all eligible entries received. Drawings will be conducted by Judges. Odds of winning will depend upon the number of eligible entries received in each Participating Region. Winners will be notified by e-mail/mail and/or telephone and will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release of Liability and a Publicity Release within five (5) days of first attempted notification or prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. The return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected, at the option of Sponsor.
- PRIZES: Twelve Regional Semi-Finalist Prizes (Two Per Participating Region): In each Participating Region, two winners will receive a Semi-Finalist Prize consisting of participation in the National Event, including a round of golf (two-person scramble format) for the winner and an eligible partner of winner's choosing. Prize includes greens fees for two, caddy or golf cart, merchandise prize bag for winner and for partner (two total), $100 travel voucher/check, food and beverages and, in the event winner's primary residence is greater than 100 miles from the event site, a hotel room for one night (one room, double occupancy). Approximate retail value ("ARV"): $1000 plus value of hotel if applicable. Transportation to and from event not included. See Rule 6 for further details regarding the National Event. The winner of the National Event will be deemed the National Grand Prize Winner and will receive a trip for two (winner and his/her designated partner) to Palm Beach Gardens, FL and entry into the Jack Nicklaus International Invitational Tournament of Champions ("International Event") and the opportunity to compete with other winners from around the world on a golf course at The PGA National Resort & Spa from 10/19/08 to 10/23/08. Prize includes round-trip coach airfare from major airport nearest winner's residence, hotel accommodations for five nights (one room/double occupancy), ground transportation to/from a Southeast Florida airport and tournament site, two rounds of golf (including practice round and tournament round), golf cart and caddy, $250 spending money for winner and partner ($500 total) and designated events. ARV: $5,000.00. Actual value will depend on airfare fluctuations and point of departure. All travel arrangements/accommodations at Sponsor's discretion. Twenty-four (24) Runner-Up Prizes (4 per Participating Region): Jack Nicklaus golf bag. ARV: $100. Limit one prize per family/household. No substitution or transfer of prize permitted by winner, except as stated herein. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. All prizes will be awarded, if claimed.
- PARTICIPATING REGIONS: Entrants will be placed in the drawing for their geographic region, based on state of primary residence, as follows: Region 1: Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Missouri, Ohio; Region 2: Colorado, Kansas, Nebraska, Utah, Wyoming; Region 3: Alabama, Florida, Georgia; Region 4: Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Oklahoma, Texas; Region 5: Arizona, California, Nevada, New Mexico; Region 6: North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia.
- NATIONAL EVENT: The National Event consists of the golf rounds played in each of the six Participating Regions. Each Semi-Finalist will designate a partner ("Partner") to play in a "scramble play" event (each, a "Team."). The Partner must be a legal U.S. resident 21 years of age or older and may not be a current or former professional golfer or teaching professional, or have ever lost his or her "amateur status," all as defined by the USGA. Each Team will play with the other Team from the same Participating Region at an exclusive golf course to be designated by the Sponsor within the Region. Play must occur on a date to be designated by Sponsor, estimated to be within the time period of 8/5/08 and 8/21/08, but exact dates subject to change by Sponsor. Once designated, Partner may not be substituted in the National Event or International Event, except at Judges' sole discretion. If the Team is not available for play on the date designated by Sponsor, prize will be forfeited in its entirety and a substitute Team may be selected, time permitting. The gross scores from all Teams from all Participating Regions will be compared to determine the Team with the lowest score, without taking into account any adjustments or handicaps. The team with the lowest score will be deemed the National Grand Prize Winner. In the event a course is unplayable on the designated date, play will occur on the following day. Complete rules for the National Event will be provided to Teams prior to the start of any play in the National Event.
- GENERAL RULES: All income taxes resulting from acceptance of prize are the responsibility of winners. By entering, entrant accepts and agrees to these Official Rules and the decisions of Judges, which shall be final in all matters. The National Grand Prize winner (and his/her partner) will also be bound by the rules of the International Event, to be provided to Grand Prize Winner prior to such Event. By accepting any prize, winner agrees to hold Promotion Parties, their affiliates, directors, officers, employees and assigns harmless against any and all claims and liability arising out of use or redemption of prize. Acceptance also constitutes permission to the Promotion Parties to use winner's name(s), likeness(es) and biographical information for marketing purposes without further compensation or right of approval, unless prohibited by law. Each Semi-Finalist's partner will also be required to timely sign and return Liability and Publicity Releases. Promotion Parties are not responsible for lost or late mail, or for technical, hardware or software malfunctions, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled or delayed electronic communications whether caused by the sender or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this promotion, or by any human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in this sweepstakes. If, in the Judges' opinion, there is any suspected evidence of tampering with any portion of the promotion, or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the promotion, the Judges reserve the right to modify or terminate the promotion (including the National Event) in a manner deemed fair and appropriate by the Judges, at the Judges' sole discretion. In the event a dispute arises as to the identity of a potentially winning online entrant, entries will be declared made by the name on the online entry form. All federal and state laws apply.
